* Courier Service: All orders are shipped via Egypt Post to ensure coverage across all governorates in Egypt.
* Delivery Time: Shipping takes up to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
* Business Days: Please note that Friday and Saturday are official holidays for the shipping carrier and are not included in the delivery timeframe.
* Package Inspection: According to the carrier's policy, opening or inspecting the package upon delivery is not permitted. If you have any concerns regarding the product after receiving it, please contact our customer service team directly.
II. Available Payment Methods
We offer various payment options to suit your needs:
1. Cash on Delivery (COD):
* To utilize this service, the shipping fees must be paid in advance as a commitment deposit to confirm and prepare your order. The price of the product itself is then paid to the courier upon delivery.
2. Electronic Payment (Bank Cards):
* We accept payments via various bank cards (Visa - MasterCard - Meeza) through a secure payment gateway.
3. Direct Transfer (Mobile/Bank):
* You can transfer the total order amount to our authorized number via:
* InstaPay App.
* Direct Bank Transfer.
* E-Wallets (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, etc.).
> Note: Order preparation begins immediately once payment is confirmed (whether it is the shipping fee for COD or the full amount) and a copy of the transfer receipt is sent to our customer service.
سياسة الشحن والتوصيل
نحن حريصون على تقديم تجربة تسوق سلسة وشفافة. يرجى قراءة الشروط التالية المتعلقة بعمليات الشحن والدفع:
أولاً: تفاصيل الشحن
* ناقل الخدمة: يتم شحن جميع الطلبات عبر البريد المصري لضمان وصولها إلى كافة محافظات الجمهورية.
* مدة التوصيل: يستغرق الشحن مدة تصل إلى 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.
* أيام العمل: يرجى العلم أن يومي الجمعة والسبت هما عطلة رسمية لشركة الشحن، ولا يتم احتسابهما ضمن مدة التوصيل.
* فحص الشحنة: طبقاً لسياسة شركة الشحن، لا تتوفر ميزة المعاينة أو فتح الطرد عند الاستلام. في حال وجود أي ملحوظة على المنتج بعد الاستلام، يرجى التواصل معنا مباشرة عبر خدمة العملاء.
ثانياً: طرق الدفع المتاحة
نقدم لك خيارات متنوعة لتسديد قيمة مشترياتك بما يتناسب مع احتياجاتك:
1. الدفع عند الاستلام (COD):
* للاستفادة من هذه الميزة، يتوجب على العميل دفع قيمة مصاريف الشحن مسبقاً كجدية حجز لتأكيد الطلب والبدء في تجهيزه. يتم بعد ذلك دفع ثمن المنتج فقط للمندوب عند الاستلام.
2. الدفع الإلكتروني (البطاقات البنكية):
* نقبل الدفع عبر الكروت البنكية المختلفة (فيزا - ماستركارد - ميزة) من خلال بوابة دفع آمنة.
3. التحويل المباشر (رقم الموبايل):
* يمكنك تحويل إجمالي مبلغ الطلب إلى رقمنا المعتمد عبر:
* تطبيق إنستا باي (InstaPay).
* التحويل البنكي المباشر.
* المحافظ الإلكترونية (فودافون كاش، اتصالات كاش، إلخ).
> ملاحظة: يتم البدء في تحضير الطلب فور تأكيد عملية الدفع (سواء دفع قيمة الشحن أو دفع كامل المبلغ) وإرسال صورة من إيصال التحويل لخدمة العملاء.
